AL FURQAAN ISLAMIC SECONDARY SCHOOL is an Islamic institution under the Al-furqaan Islamic Center Foundation. The institution Aims at providing both Secular and Religious quality education to its students. The school considers education as the first priority to mankind. As it is refered from the holy Quran, "and he taught Adam the names all of them. Then he showed them to the Angles and said, ‘inform me of the names of these, if you are truthful" (Quran 2:31).

AISS offers all subjects instructed by the Tanzania Ministry of Education and Vocational training that are connected to Islamic values to prepare students for the 21stcentury. AISS also offers an exceptional Islamic Studies program, Tahfidhul- Quran, and Arabic Language. The mission (goals) of the Alfurqaan Islamic School, henceforth frequently referred to provide the students with excellent academic skills, while instilling a sound knowledge of the Islamic faith. The school fosters student to characteristics that will enable them to acquire the necessary tools that will better prepare them to face future life challenges as self-confident, strong and caring Muslim Tanzanian citizens.

The school is located at Mbagala Kingugi, Temeke Municipality in Dar es salaam. On your way to Al-furqaan as you come from the town, take the bus heading to Mbagala Rangi Tatu drop at Zakhem bus Station. Cross the road towards Dar Live and take another bus heading to Kingugi then drop at Njia Panda ya Kiislamu. From there you will have reached at our school.
